Nothing is more important than you and your family, our team and our community’s health and safety. Part of being healthy and safe relies on having access to reliable transportation, whether that means purchasing a used vehicle or having yours serviced. As such, local and state officials have confirmed that Luxury & Imports is “essential” and will stay open for business. As we’ve seen time and time again over the past few weeks, this is a rapidly changing situation. Like you, we are watching new developments happen every day. Also, we’re in constant contact with local and state officials and are following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) best practices for preventing the virus from spreading.

Steps We’re Taking That You Can and Cannot See

More is being learned about COVID-19 each day. Our team is flexible in how we’re responding to this health crisis. Some of what we’re doing you’ll see right away. Some you won’t. But, rest assured:

  • We added extra hand sanitization stations in high traffic areas
  • We reviewed our cleaning/sanitation procedures with our team
  • We’ve increased the frequency we disinfect high-touch areas, such as door handles, common surfaces, the guest lounge and restrooms
  • We carefully sanitize each vehicle before/after test drives
  • We insist that team members who are symptomatic or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 stay home

We know you may want to limit your exposure to others. We’ve gone to doing business Touch-Free, from service to sales.

Options for servicing your vehicle:

Use our 24-hour night drop box:

  • Park your vehicle in the service department parking lot
  • Fill out a service envelope
  • Drop it with your keys in the drop box
  • A service rep will be in contact ASAP

Request a home pickup:

  • Call us to schedule service and pickup day/time
  • A service rep will pickup and return your car from your home

If you need to come in:

  • We’ll keep a safe 6’ distance from you
  • We’ve installed a plexiglass window at the cashier counter

  • We’re taking sales appointments 2 per hour to limit the number of people on the sales floor/lot (WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO MAKE A SALES APPOINTMENT TO AVOID WAITING.)

  • Shop our inventory of 300+ vehicles online
  • Ask your sales consultant about an at-home test drive if you live in Hutchison, Junction City, Leavenworth, Manhattan, Wichita or the KC metro
  • NOTE: Buyers will be mailed their vehicle title during this time
